Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. It’s as simple as that. If our products or customer service didn’t help you,  you have the right to Exchange or Return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification.

 

Simply contact us at contact@cherifluxury.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return? You’ll get a full refund once the item(s) have been received and have cleared inspection.
Exchange? As soon as your initially purchased item(s) have been received and have cleared inspection, we’ll send out your new item(s) free of charge. This is dependent on product availability.

If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order.
